About Me

My name is Hannah. I am an Associate Therapist based in Los Angeles, CA. I am supervised by Jeni Yarbrough, LCSW #70644.

I have always been innately curious about how human beings create meaningful lives for themselves in the face of uncertainty and suffering. I spent much of my youth seeking answers and wisdom to deeper questions through reading works of literature and Eastern spirituality. I fell in love with the integration of mind and body inherent in yoga and became certified to teach. While I am a strong believer in the power of psychodynamic therapy, I believe deep healing can be accessed through art, music, spiritual practices, and embodied activities.

I was always curious about the relationships around me and conscious of the sizable impact these relationships can have on the trajectory and satisfaction of our lives. This belief, combined with my passion for hearing the nuances of people’s stories and my desire to advocate for groups experiencing oppression, inspired me to pursue my degree in social work and become a therapist.

My own experience with severe anxiety that was deeply interconnected with chronic illness symptoms has strongly informed my therapeutic approach. Whether you are currently in the trenches of emotional pain or just feel a sense that something is missing, I feel honored to help you connect more deeply and easefully with your internal landscape.
